These semi-detached homes were designed to be situated on a narrow but deep lot of 20’ x 132’.

The exterior of the homes feature marine mahogany panels, corrugated siding, glass blocks, fundermax panels, aluminum guards complete with glass panels. This mixture of components provides a sense of interest to this new infill in an otherwise long established neighborhood.

The ground floor of this two storey design includes a large open concept modern kitchen featuring maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, appliance garage, complimentary hardware and nero absolute granite countertops.

The family room which is situated at the rear of the ground floor features a gas fireplace surrounded by built-in cabinetry which houses the entertainment components. Above the cabinetry a large transom window fills the room with the morning sun. The rear wall features an expansive bank of windows giving the room a great view of the rear yard.

The homes features an open riser hardwood staircase which allows for light to flood the central hallways from the large bank of glass blocks which house a central window unit. The stainless steel handrailings and glass panels offer an additional contemporary feature.

The second floor has the master bedroom located on the south elevation complete with ensuite, walkin closet and a walk out balcony. Two other bedrooms, laundry, linen closets and a main bathroom are situated in the middle and rear of the second floor.

The basement has a naturally well lit recreational room and a three piece bathroom. The foundation was constructed using insulated concrete forms and the basement concrete slab contains a radiant floor heating system which will make for a warm and cozy living space.
